Vistara Labs n'accepte pas les retours et n'\u00e9met pas de remboursements sur les produits de recherche.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 class=\"vl-policy__head\">Why Sales Are Final<\/h2>\n  <p>These are research materials whose integrity depends on storage and handling conditions that cannot be verified once a package has left our facility. A returned vial cannot be placed back into inventory: there is no way to confirm how it was stored, what temperature it reached, whether it was reconstituted, or whether its seal remained intact.<\/p>\n  <p>Supplying material in that condition to another researcher would fall short of the standard every other order is held to.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 class=\"vl-policy__head\">If Something Is Wrong With Your Order<\/h2>\n  <p>Sales being final does not mean mistakes go uncorrected. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@vistaralabs.ca\">info@vistaralabs.ca<\/a> with your order number and photographs of the packaging and its contents.<\/p>\n  <p>Errors on our side are corrected by replacement at no cost to you. That covers:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>An item you did not order<\/li>\n    <li>A missing item from a confirmed order<\/li>\n    <li>A vial that arrived broken, cracked, or leaking<\/li>\n    <li>A vial whose seal was compromised in transit<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>Replacements are shipped once the issue is confirmed. We may ask for further photographs first.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 class=\"vl-policy__head\">Before You Order<\/h2>\n  <p>Because orders cannot be returned, please check the product, quantity, vial size, and shipping address before submitting.<\/p>\n  <p>Orders are reviewed by hand before dispatch, so if you spot a mistake straight after ordering, email <a href=\"mailto:info@vistaralabs.ca\">info@vistaralabs.ca<\/a>. If it has not shipped, we can usually correct it.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 class=\"vl-policy__head\">Cancellations<\/h2>\n  <p>An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before it ships. Once a parcel is with the carrier it cannot be cancelled or recalled.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 class=\"vl-policy__head\">Undeliverable Parcels<\/h2>\n  <p>If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or delivery was refused, we will contact you.
