GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring compound made from three amino acids bound to copper: G for glycine, H for histidine, and K for lysine. These three amino acids form GHK, which binds with copper (Cu) to create GHK-Cu. It is found naturally in the human body, but levels gradually decline with age.
