Buy KLOW Nasal Spray in Canada
KLOW Nasal Spray is the GLOW blend plus KPV: 50 mg of GHK-Cu, 10 mg of BPC-157, 10 mg of TB-500 and 10 mg of KPV, 80 mg in all, ready-mixed in 10 mL of sterile saline. The metered atomiser gives about 57 sprays, each carrying about 1.4 mg. Here is how the four peptides divide each spray, what research on KPV and GHK-Cu has found, and how to buy a KLOW nasal spray in Canada.

Findings
- Four peptides, 80 mg: GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg and KPV 10 mg.
- Each spray carries about 1.4 mg: about 875 mcg of GHK-Cu and about 175 mcg of each of the other three.
- The same three peptides as GLOW at the same amounts; KPV is the only addition.
- Ready-mixed in sterile saline, with no reconstitution needed.
What is in a KLOW nasal spray?
| Peptide | Per bottle | Per spray (about) |
|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | 50 mg | 875 mcg |
| BPC-157 | 10 mg | 175 mcg |
| TB-500 | 10 mg | 175 mcg |
| KPV | 10 mg | 175 mcg |
| Total | 80 mg | 1.4 mg |
The proportions are five parts GHK-Cu to one part of each other peptide, exactly as in the KLOW Blend vial. These are label figures describing what the bottle holds and how its pump meters it.
What does each of the four peptides bring?
- GHK-Cu, the copper tripeptide behind the blue colour, studied for collagen and skin remodelling.
- BPC-157, a 15-amino-acid peptide from gastric juice, studied for blood-vessel formation and soft-tissue repair.
- TB-500, based on the active region of thymosin beta-4, studied for cell migration.
- KPV, lysine-proline-valine, the last three amino acids of the hormone alpha-MSH, studied for inflammatory signalling.
What has research on KPV and GHK-Cu found?
- KPV, 2008 review. A review in Endocrine Reviews describes alpha-MSH acting on NF-kB activation, pro-inflammatory cytokines and inflammatory cell migration, and identifies KPV as keeping that anti-inflammatory effect without the parent hormone’s pigment action.
- KPV, 2008 colitis models. In early-stage laboratory research in two colitis models, KPV brought earlier recovery, significantly fewer inflammatory infiltrates and lower myeloperoxidase activity in colon tissue, effects that appeared at least partly independent of the melanocortin-1 receptor.
- GHK-Cu, 2018 review. A review in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences describes GHK stimulating blood-vessel and nerve outgrowth and collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, with tissue-repair effects reported in skin, lung connective tissue, bone, liver and the stomach lining.
The evidence sits with the individual components; KLOW as a complete formulation has not been the subject of a published study.

KLOW spray, GLOW spray or the vial?
- Without KPV: the GLOW Nasal Spray holds the same GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 at the same amounts. KLOW vs GLOW explains when the extra peptide matters.
- KPV on its own: the KPV Nasal Spray, 10 mg or 20 mg.
- As powder: the KLOW Blend vial, reconstituted with bacteriostatic water; the KLOW reconstitution guide covers the volumes, and our KLOW Blend buying guide covers the vial.

Frequently asked questions
What is in KLOW nasal spray?
Four peptides in 10 mL of sterile saline: 50 mg of GHK-Cu and 10 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV, 80 mg in total, about 57 sprays.
How is KLOW different from GLOW?
By one peptide. Both hold 50 mg of GHK-Cu, 10 mg of BPC-157 and 10 mg of TB-500. KLOW adds 10 mg of KPV, for 80 mg in total against GLOW’s 70 mg.
How much KPV is in each KLOW spray?
About 175 mcg, within about 1.4 mg per spray in total. GHK-Cu makes up about 875 mcg of each spray.
What has KPV research shown?
A 2008 review describes KPV keeping the anti-inflammatory activity of alpha-MSH without its pigment action, and in early-stage laboratory research in two colitis models KPV brought earlier recovery and fewer inflammatory infiltrates.
Does KLOW nasal spray need reconstitution?
No. It arrives ready-mixed in sterile saline in a sealed metered atomiser, so no bacteriostatic water is needed.
