Answers to the questions we hear most. If yours is not here, email [email protected] and a real person will get back to you — typically within 24 hours.
What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that are studied as signalling molecules in laboratory research — including research into tissue repair, metabolic signalling, and cellular energy pathways. Every compound we supply is intended strictly for that research context.
Are your products for human consumption?
No. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research, analytical, or educational purposes. Nothing sold here is for human or veterinary use. See our Research Use Policy for the full terms.
Are your peptides tested for purity?
Yes — our products are third-party lab tested to research-grade standards. Certificates of Analysis are available on request for most products — availability can vary by batch. Email [email protected] with the product and batch you are asking about.
Where do your products ship from?
Everything ships from within Canada. No customs, no border delays, no international handling. Our bacteriostatic water is made in British Columbia with BC water.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 3 PM PST ship the same day, 7 days a week.
How long does delivery take?
We ship via Canada Post. Standard shipping typically arrives in 2–5 business days; Xpress Post in 1–2. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships — tracking may briefly show “label created” until Canada Post scans the package.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on all orders over $150. First orders also include a free 10mL vial of bacteriostatic water.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada only.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Interac e-Transfer and all major credit cards. Interac payment instructions are provided at checkout and by email.
What if my package is lost, damaged, or incorrect?
Email [email protected] with your order number and, for damage, photographs of the packaging and contents. Errors on our side — a wrong item, a missing item, or a vial damaged in transit — are corrected by replacement at no cost to you.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Research materials cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, because their storage and handling can no longer be verified. An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before it ships — email us right away if you spot a mistake. Mistakes on our side are still made right — see our Refund and Returns Policy for exactly what is covered.
How should peptides be stored?
As general laboratory practice: lyophilized (powder) peptides should be kept cool, dry, and away from direct light — refrigeration is ideal. Once reconstituted, store the vial in the refrigerator and use it promptly; reconstituted material should not be frozen. Storage and handling after delivery follow your own laboratory’s protocols and are the researcher’s responsibility.
How are peptides reconstituted?
Reconstitution should be performed by qualified researchers using bacteriostatic water under sterile conditions. Our peptide calculator works out the volumes for any vial, diluent, and target amount.
Are your products legal to purchase in Canada?
Our products are supplied for research purposes, and purchasers are responsible for ensuring their work complies with the regulations that apply to them. We have written a plain-language overview in our research notes: Are peptides legal in Canada?
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Use the Bulk Order option on any product, or reach us through the contact page, and we will put a custom quote together.
How do I contact support?
Email [email protected] any time — a real person answers, typically within 24 hours.
