Buy GHK-Cu Nasal Spray in Canada
The GHK-Cu Nasal Spray holds 100 mg of GHK-Cu in 10 mL of sterile saline, ready-mixed in a metered atomiser that gives about 57 sprays at about 1.75 mg each. GHK-Cu is the copper-bound form of glycyl-histidyl-lysine, a tripeptide found naturally in human plasma, and the spray carries it with no reconstitution step. Below: the bottle, the research record, the GLOW and KLOW alternatives, and how to buy GHK-Cu nasal spray Canada-wide.

Findings
- 100 mg in 10 mL, about 57 sprays at about 1.75 mg per spray.
- The solution is blue because of the bound copper ion, not a dye.
- In fibroblast cultures, GHK-Cu stimulated collagen synthesis at nanomolar concentrations (FEBS Lett, 1988).
- GHK-Cu is also the largest component of the GLOW and KLOW sprays, at 50 mg per bottle.
What is GHK-Cu?
GHK is three amino acids, glycine, histidine and lysine, first isolated from human plasma. It binds copper (II) ions, and the copper complex, GHK-Cu, is the form studied in skin and tissue research. A 2015 review notes that GHK is present in plasma, saliva and urine and that its levels decline with age.
The bound copper gives every GHK-Cu solution a blue colour, which is a useful first check on the material. Our article on why GHK-Cu is blue explains what that colour does and does not tell you.
What has GHK-Cu research found?
- Collagen, 1988. In fibroblast cultures, GHK-Cu stimulated collagen synthesis starting at concentrations of 1 to 10 picomolar and peaking at 1 nanomolar, and the effect did not depend on any change in cell number. The authors noted a GHK sequence inside type I collagen itself.
- Diabetic foot ulcers, 1994. In a multicentre, randomised, evaluator-blinded, placebo-controlled trial, a topical GHK-Cu gel produced a median 98.5% closure of plantar ulcers against 60.8% with the vehicle gel. Closure ran three times faster than with standard care and vehicle, and ulcer infections fell to 7% against 34%.
- The wider literature, 2015. The same review describes GHK-Cu stimulating collagen, dermatan sulfate, chondroitin sulfate and decorin, and reports that, in cosmetic products, it tightened loose skin and improved elasticity, density and firmness.
The studies used cell cultures and topical formulations; a nasal format has not yet been the subject of a published human study. Our article on the GHK-Cu skin research goes further.

GHK-Cu alone, or inside GLOW or KLOW?
- GHK-Cu alone, ready-mixed: the GHK-Cu Nasal Spray, 100 mg in 10 mL.
- GHK-Cu alone, as powder: the GHK-Cu vial; the GHK-Cu reconstitution guide walks through mixing it, and our GHK-Cu buying guide covers the vial in depth.
- With two repair peptides: the GLOW Nasal Spray, 50 mg of GHK-Cu with 10 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500.
- With KPV as well: the KLOW Nasal Spray, the GLOW formula plus 10 mg of KPV. KLOW vs GLOW sets out the choice.

Frequently asked questions
How much GHK-Cu is in each spray?
About 1.75 mg. The bottle holds 100 mg of GHK-Cu in 10 mL of sterile saline, about 57 sprays.
Why is the GHK-Cu nasal spray blue?
The copper. GHK binds copper (II) ions, and the copper complex gives the solution its blue colour. No dye is added.
What has GHK-Cu research shown?
In a 1994 randomised, placebo-controlled trial, a topical GHK-Cu gel produced a median 98.5% closure of diabetic foot ulcers against 60.8% with the vehicle gel, and in fibroblast cultures GHK-Cu stimulated collagen synthesis at nanomolar concentrations.
What is the difference between the GHK-Cu spray and the GLOW spray?
The GHK-Cu spray holds GHK-Cu alone, 100 mg in 10 mL. The GLOW spray holds 50 mg of GHK-Cu with 10 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500.
Does the GHK-Cu nasal spray need mixing?
No. It arrives ready-mixed in sterile saline in a sealed metered atomiser, so no reconstitution and no bacteriostatic water are needed.
