Buy GLOW Nasal Spray in Canada
GLOW Nasal Spray holds 70 mg of three peptides, 50 mg of GHK-Cu, 10 mg of BPC-157 and 10 mg of TB-500, ready-mixed in sterile saline and metered to about 57 sprays of about 1.23 mg each. Its blue tint comes from the copper in GHK-Cu, not from a dye. This guide covers what the bottle holds, the research behind each of the three components, and how to buy GLOW nasal spray Canada-wide.

- About 57 metered sprays at about 1.23 mg per spray.
- The blue colour is the copper ion bound to GHK-Cu.

What is in a GLOW nasal spray?
| Peptide | Per bottle | Per spray (about) |
|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | 50 mg | 875 mcg |
| BPC-157 | 10 mg | 175 mcg |
| TB-500 | 10 mg | 175 mcg |
| Total | 70 mg | 1.23 mg |
The bottle total, spray count and 1.23 mg per spray come from the product label; the split by peptide follows from the 5:1:1 proportions. They describe the bottle and its pump.
Why are these three peptides combined?
Each covers a different part of tissue research. GHK-Cu has the longest history in skin research, centred on collagen and elastin. BPC-157, a peptide from gastric juice, is studied for blood-vessel formation and soft-tissue repair. TB-500, based on the active region of thymosin beta-4, is studied for cell migration and wound closure. Together they give researchers looking at skin and connective tissue three distinct mechanisms in one bottle.
What has research on the GLOW peptides found?
- GHK-Cu, 2015 review. GHK is present in human plasma, saliva and urine and declines with age. In cosmetic products it has been found to tighten loose skin, improve elasticity, density and firmness, and reduce fine lines, photodamage and hyperpigmentation, and it can up- or down-regulate at least 4,000 human genes.
- Thymosin beta-4, 2012 review. Released by platelets, macrophages and many other cells after injury, it binds actin, promotes cell migration and lowers the number of myofibroblasts in wounds, which the authors link to less scar formation and fibrosis.
- BPC-157, 2026 review. A ten-author review in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences describes notable reparative and anti-inflammatory properties across preclinical models, including support for blood-vessel formation, collagen synthesis and fibroblast activity, and small human pilot studies with no major adverse effects reported.
Each peptide has been studied on its own; GLOW as a formulation, and the spray format, have not been the subject of a published study.

GLOW spray, GLOW vial or KLOW?
- As powder: the GLOW Blend vial, reconstituted with bacteriostatic water; the GLOW reconstitution guide covers the volumes, and our GLOW Blend buying guide covers the vial.
- With KPV added: the KLOW Nasal Spray, the same three peptides plus 10 mg of KPV. KLOW vs GLOW explains the one-peptide difference.
- GHK-Cu alone: the GHK-Cu Nasal Spray, 100 mg in 10 mL.
- The repair pair alone: the BPC-157 + TB-500 Nasal Spray.
