Do you deliver to Calgary and Edmonton?

Yes, and to the communities around them: Airdrie, Cochrane and Okotoks near Calgary, and St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove and Leduc around Edmonton. Red Deer, midway between the two on Highway 2, is covered, as are Lethbridge and Medicine Hat in the south. Grande Prairie in the Peace Region and Fort McMurray in the northeast are served too; northern and rural addresses can take longer to reach than the Calgary to Edmonton corridor.

Are duties charged on delivery?

Nothing is added on delivery: the parcel is domestic, with no customs, duties or brokerage.

When does an Alberta order ship?

The cutoff is 3 pm Pacific, which is 4 pm in Calgary and Edmonton. Orders placed before then on a business day, Monday to Friday, ship that day by Xpresspost with tracking. Later orders, and weekend orders, ship on the next business day. Xpresspost is free on larger orders.

How do I know what is in the vial?

The Lab Reports page carries third-party certificates of analysis from SideChain Analytics, Freedom Diagnostics, Testides, Bioviridian and AV Analytics. Each certificate is that laboratory’s record of the sample it tested, published so the result can be read before ordering.
