What is in a BPC-157 + TB-500 vial?
The pairing is sold as the Wolverine blend, the Wolverine stack or the Healing Blend. No name fixes the contents, so the milligrams of each peptide are the figure worth comparing:
| Vial size | BPC-157 | TB-500 |
|---|---|---|
| 10 mg | 5 mg | 5 mg |
| 20 mg | 10 mg | 10 mg |
The 10 mg vial is not 10 mg of BPC-157 with some TB-500 added; it is half of each. Where a protocol is written around 10 mg of BPC-157, the 20 mg vial is the matching size. Our article on the Wolverine stack traces where the nickname came from.
Why are BPC-157 and TB-500 paired?
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide drawn from a protective protein in gastric juice. Its laboratory literature centres on blood-vessel formation, tendon and ligament models and the gut lining.
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the active region of thymosin beta-4, an actin-binding protein released by platelets and many other cells after tissue injury. Its research centres on cell migration and new blood-vessel growth.
They come at repair from different directions rather than duplicating each other, which is why they are combined in one vial.
What has research on BPC-157 and TB-500 found?
- Knee pain, 2021. A Florida clinic reviewed a year of charts for patients who had received BPC-157 directly into the knee, alone or with thymosin beta-4. Of the 16 patients reached by phone, 14 (87.5%) reported relief of their knee pain: 11 of 12 on BPC-157 alone and 3 of 4 on the combination. It is the closest published record of the two used together.
- Venous leg ulcers, 2010. A double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2 trial at eight European sites randomised 73 patients to topical thymosin beta-4 or placebo. The safety profile at every strength tested was comparable to placebo, and the authors reported that the 0.03% strength may speed wound closure, with complete closure within three months in about a quarter of patients.

Blend, separate vials or the nasal spray?
- Both peptides in one vial: the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend, in 10 mg or 20 mg.
- A different ratio, or one peptide alone: separate BPC-157 and TB-500 vials. Blend or separate vials? works through that choice.
- No reconstitution at all: the BPC-157 + TB-500 Nasal Spray, 10 mg of each in 10 mL of sterile saline, ready-mixed in a sealed metered atomiser.
What comes with a BPC-157 + TB-500 order?
- A published certificate. The blend’s certificate of analysis reports 99.6% purity; the single BPC-157 and TB-500 vials report 99.8% and 99.6%.
- Bacteriostatic water. The BPC-157 reconstitution guide and the peptide calculator cover the arithmetic.
- Domestic shipping. Orders ship from within Canada by Canada Post Xpresspost, the same business day when placed before 3 pm Pacific, Monday to Friday, so there is no customs step.

Frequently asked questions
Why is BPC-157 + TB-500 called the Wolverine blend?
It is a comic-book nickname, after the character known for rapid recovery, that spread through online forums. The same pairing is also sold as the Healing Blend. Neither name sets a standard, so the milligrams of each peptide are what to compare.
How much of each peptide is in the 10 mg vial?
5 mg of BPC-157 and 5 mg of TB-500. The 20 mg vial holds 10 mg of each.
What has research on BPC-157 and TB-500 together shown?
In a 2021 review of 16 knee-pain patients, 14 reported relief after BPC-157 given into the knee, including 3 of the 4 who received it with thymosin beta-4, the protein TB-500 is based on.
Is there a BPC-157 + TB-500 nasal spray?
Yes. The BPC-157 + TB-500 Nasal Spray holds 10 mg of each peptide in 10 mL of sterile saline, about 57 sprays at 350 mcg per spray, and arrives ready-mixed.
Where can I buy BPC 157 TB 500 in Canada?
Vistara Labs stocks the blend in 10 mg and 20 mg vials and as a nasal spray, shipped from within Canada by Canada Post Xpresspost to every province.
