Buy the Repair & Recovery Stack in Canada

You can buy the Repair & Recovery stack in Canada from Vistara Labs: a vial of 20mg BPC-157 + TB-500, holding 10mg of each peptide, and a vial of 10mg KPV, dispatched from within Canada. The set joins the best-known repair pairing in our catalogue with a three-amino-acid fragment studied in inflammatory signalling. Here we cover what each vial holds, what the published work reports, why the compounds sit in one stack and how to buy the repair recovery stack Canada-wide.

At a glance: Two sealed lyophilised vials form this stack: 20mg BPC-157 + TB-500 (a 1:1 split, 10mg + 10mg) and 10mg KPV. You will find their certificates of analysis on our Lab Reports page. Canada Post Xpresspost carries every parcel from within Canada, and weekday orders placed before 3 pm Pacific, Monday to Friday, are sent the same business day. We deliver to every province, including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta.

Findings

  • 20mg BPC-157 + TB-500, 2021: a Florida clinic’s chart review found 14 of 16 knee-pain patients reached by phone reported relief after BPC-157 into the knee, 3 of 4 of them on the thymosin beta-4 combination.
  • Thymosin beta-4, 2010: in a Phase 2 trial of 73 patients with venous leg ulcers, topical thymosin beta-4 had a safety profile comparable to placebo at every strength tested.
  • 10mg KPV, mechanism: the C-terminal tail of alpha-MSH keeps much of the parent hormone’s anti-inflammatory signalling without its pigmentation effects.

What is in the Repair & Recovery stack?

The blend vial splits its contents evenly, so it carries 10mg of BPC-157 and 10mg of TB-500 rather than 20mg of either.

What is BPC-157 + TB-500?

BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide drawn from a protective protein found in gastric juice. Its laboratory literature centres on blood-vessel formation, tendon and ligament models and the gut lining. TB-500 is a synthetic peptide matching the active region of thymosin beta-4, an actin-binding protein that platelets and many other cells release after tissue injury; its research centres on cell migration and new blood-vessel growth. The two approach repair from different directions rather than duplicating each other, which is why they share one vial.

The 2021 knee review is the closest published record of the two used together: 11 of 12 patients on BPC-157 alone and 3 of 4 on the combination reported relief. In the 2010 leg-ulcer trial, run at eight European sites, the authors reported that the 0.03 percent strength may speed wound closure. The blend tests at 99.6 percent purity.

What is KPV?

KPV is lysine, proline and valine, the last three amino acids of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. Its small size matters: in gut models it is carried into intestinal cells by PepT1, a transporter that normally takes up di- and tripeptides from digested food. The literature draws on gut-tissue models, including mouse models of colitis, and on skin models, and a 2025 review of tripeptides in wound care and tissue regeneration named the class a promising direction. Human trials of KPV itself have not been published.

Why are these peptides studied together?

Repair and inflammation are linked stages of the same response to injury. BPC-157 and TB-500 are studied for rebuilding, through blood-vessel growth, cell migration and connective tissue. KPV is studied for the inflammatory signalling that surrounds that work, particularly in gut and skin models. Putting the three peptides into two vials gives a protocol both sides of the process in a single order.

How are the vials prepared?

Each vial is reconstituted in the laboratory with bacteriostatic water, and our guide to reconstituting peptides with bacteriostatic water takes you through the technique. Keep sealed vials cold and dark, then refrigerate and label once mixed.

Frequently asked questions

What is in the Repair & Recovery stack?

Two lyophilised vials: 20mg BPC-157 + TB-500, which holds 10mg of each peptide, and 10mg KPV.

What has research on BPC-157 and TB-500 shown?

A 2021 chart review found 14 of 16 knee-pain patients reported relief after BPC-157 into the knee, including 3 of 4 given it with thymosin beta-4. A 2010 Phase 2 trial of topical thymosin beta-4 in 73 patients with leg ulcers found safety comparable to placebo.

What has research on KPV shown?

KPV keeps much of alpha-MSH’s anti-inflammatory signalling without its pigmentation effects, and gut models show the PepT1 transporter carrying it into intestinal cells.

How does the Repair & Recovery stack ship?

Within Canada by tracked Canada Post Xpresspost, sent out the same business day on orders placed before 3 pm Pacific, Monday to Friday.
