How Many Sprays in a Peptide Nasal Spray?
Every 5 mL Vistara Labs peptide nasal spray gives about 28 metered sprays, and every 10 mL bottle about 57. The count depends on how much liquid the pump meters with each press, and the amount per spray depends on how much peptide is dissolved in the bottle. The table lists both for all 17 Vistara Labs nasal sprays, taken from each product page.

How is the amount per spray worked out?
Two numbers decide it: how much peptide is dissolved in the bottle, and how much liquid the pump delivers with each press, its metered volume. Concentration multiplied by metered volume gives the amount per spray; bottle volume divided by metered volume gives the number of sprays.
Take the BPC-157 Nasal Spray. Ten milligrams in 5 mL is 2 mg per mL, and each press delivers 0.175 mL, so each spray carries 350 mcg. Five millilitres divided by 0.175 mL is about 28.6, which the product page gives as about 28 full sprays. Checked the other way, 10 mg divided by 350 mcg is about 28.6.
Every Vistara Labs spray uses the same metered pump, so the 0.175 mL press holds across the range: about 28 sprays from 5 mL and about 57 from 10 mL. The oxytocin spray is more dilute, at 400 mcg per mL, so each press carries about 70 mcg. Blends split each spray in the same proportions as the bottle.
Why is every spray count approximate?
- Priming. A new pump has to fill its chamber and dip tube before it delivers a full mist, so the first few presses go into the air.
- The last of the liquid. Once the level drops below the dip tube, the pump sputters rather than delivering a full metered mist.
- Rounding. Counts are rounded to whole sprays, which is why each figure is “about”.
Handling and priming are summarised in the peptide nasal spray guide.
Which spray stacks combine these bottles?
Each bottle in a stack is one of the sprays above, so the same figures apply:
- Cognitive Clarity Spray Stack: the Semax, Selank and NAD+ sprays.
- Libido Spray Stack: the PT-141 spray (10 mg) and the oxytocin spray (2 mg).
- Sleep & Calm Spray Stack: the DSIP spray (5 mg) and the Selank spray (10 mg).
- Repair & Recovery Spray Stack: the BPC-157 + TB-500 spray (20 mg) and the KPV spray (10 mg).
These are product figures: what each bottle contains and how its pump meters it. They describe the product, not an amount to use, and Vistara Labs supplies its sprays for laboratory research use only.
Frequently asked questions
How many sprays are in a 5 mL peptide nasal spray?
About 28 to 29 metered sprays, since 5 mL divided by the 0.175 mL press is about 28.6. Every Vistara Labs spray uses the same pump. The first few presses of a new pump go to priming.
How many sprays are in a 10 mL peptide nasal spray?
About 57 metered sprays, as listed on each product page.
How is the amount per spray worked out?
Multiply the concentration by the volume the pump meters with each press. For 10 mg in 5 mL, 2 mg per mL times 0.175 mL gives 350 mcg per spray.
Why does a new bottle give a few fewer sprays than listed?
A new metered pump has to be primed: the first few presses fill its chamber and dip tube before a full mist appears.
Which Vistara Labs nasal spray gives the most sprays per bottle?
They tie: every 10 mL bottle gives about 57 metered sprays, because every spray in the range uses the same pump. The 10 mL sizes include the 20 mg sprays, GHK-Cu, GLOW, KLOW, Cerebrolysin and NAD+.
