What is CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin?
CJC-1295 without DAC, also listed as Mod GRF 1-29, is a 29-amino-acid fragment of growth hormone releasing hormone with four amino acid substitutions that leave it much more stable than the native molecule. Without the albumin-binding DAC it clears in roughly half an hour, the short-acting form used in work on pulsatile growth hormone release. Ipamorelin is a five-amino-acid secretagogue acting at the ghrelin receptor; in one laboratory model it counteracted the drop in muscle strength and bone formation caused by a glucocorticoid. The blend tests above 99 percent purity.
What is HCG?
Human chorionic gonadotropin is a natural hormone made by the placenta and a close match for luteinising hormone, binding the same receptor. It is a glycoprotein built from two chains, an alpha chain of 92 amino acids shared with LH and FSH and a beta chain of 145 unique to HCG. Because its sugar groups vary between molecules, it is standardised in international units against a WHO reference standard, the way insulin is.
What is BPC-157 + TB-500?
The repair vial pairs BPC-157, a 15-amino-acid peptide from a protective gastric-juice protein studied in tendon, ligament and gut-lining models, with TB-500, a synthetic match for the active region of thymosin beta-4 studied for cell migration and new blood-vessel growth. They work on repair from different angles, so they are supplied together, and the blend certificate reports 99.6 percent purity.
Why are these three pathways studied together?
Each vial covers a separate signalling route. CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin prompt the pituitary to release its own growth hormone through two receptors. HCG acts at the LH receptor, the signal that tells the testes to make testosterone. BPC-157 and TB-500 sit downstream in the tissue itself, in models of connective-tissue repair and blood-vessel growth.
How are the vials prepared?
