Buy BPC-157 Nasal Spray in Canada
Most BPC-157 is sold as a dry powder that has to be mixed before anything else can happen. Our BPC-157 Nasal Spray skips that step entirely: it arrives already in solution, 10 mg in 5 mL of sterile saline, sealed in a metered atomiser at about 350 mcg per spray. This guide covers the three repair sprays in the range, why Canadian buyers order them domestically, what to know before you order, and where the vial and blend formats fit.
View product →At a glance: Vistara Labs stocks BPC-157 as a ready-mixed nasal spray (10 mg in 5 mL) and in 10 mg vials, independently tested, with a certificate of analysis on our Lab Reports page, shipped from within Canada by Canada Post Xpresspost, with same-business-day dispatch on orders before 3 pm Pacific. We deliver to every province, including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta.
Findings
- Three sprays: BPC-157 and TB-500, each 10 mg in 5 mL (about 28 sprays), and the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend, 10 mg of each in 10 mL (about 57 sprays).
- All three run at about 350 mcg per spray; in the blend that is about 175 mcg of each peptide.
- Every bottle arrives pre-reconstituted in a sealed metered atomiser: no mixing and no bacteriostatic water needed.
- BPC-157 and TB-500 both test above 99% purity, and every order ships from within Canada.
The three sprays
The range is built around one repair peptide, its usual partner, and the two together:
| Spray | In the bottle | Sprays |
|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 | 10 mg in 5 mL | About 28 |
| TB-500 | 10 mg in 5 mL | About 28 |
| BPC-157 + TB-500 | 10 mg of each in 10 mL | About 57 |
The strength is the same across all three, about 350 mcg per spray, so the blend simply splits that figure evenly between two peptides.
BPC-157 Nasal Spray. BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide drawn from a protective protein found in gastric juice, and one of the most widely researched repair peptides. Its research centres on tendon, ligament and muscle repair, blood-vessel formation and the gut lining.
TB-500 Nasal Spray. TB-500 is the research form of thymosin beta-4, an actin-binding peptide found in nearly every cell and concentrated in platelets and healing wounds. Its research centres on cell migration, wound closure and new blood-vessel growth.
BPC-157 + TB-500 Nasal Spray. The two together at a fixed 1:1 ratio, the pairing often called the Wolverine stack or Healing Blend. BPC-157 and TB-500 come at repair from different angles, which is why they are so often studied side by side. Every format in the range is in the nasal sprays category.
Why buy BPC-157 nasal spray from a Canadian supplier
Every order ships from within Canada, so there is no customs step: your spray travels as an ordinary domestic parcel.
What to know before you order
- Purity. BPC-157 and TB-500 both test above 99% purity in independent third-party testing.
- Format. The sprays are pre-reconstituted in sterile saline and sealed in a metered atomiser, so there is no reconstitution step and no bacteriostatic water to buy. Vials are lyophilised powder and are mixed in the lab.
- Consistent strength. About 350 mcg per spray in all three bottles, so the range is easy to compare.
- Storage. Like any peptide in solution, the spray is kept refrigerated. Our guide to storing peptides covers vials and solutions.
What the research covers
BPC-157 has a large laboratory literature across tendon, ligament, muscle, bone and gut-lining models, and a 2026 ten-author review, titled From Regeneration to Analgesia, describes notable reparative and anti-inflammatory properties across that work. The published human reports so far are pilot studies with encouraging results:
- Knee pain, 2021. In a review of 16 patients who received BPC-157 in the knee, alone or with thymosin beta-4, 14 of 16 (87.5%) reported relief of their knee pain.
- Bladder pain, 2024. In 12 women with interstitial cystitis, 10 reported complete resolution of symptoms after a single treatment, and the other 2 rated their improvement at 80%. No adverse events were reported.
- Intravenous safety, 2025. In a two-person pilot, infusions produced no measurable effects on markers of heart, liver, kidney or thyroid function, or on blood glucose, and were well tolerated.
The nasal lining has its own entry in the BPC-157 literature: in a 1997 laboratory study, BPC-157 given beforehand by injection reduced mast-cell and inflammatory-cell build-up in the nasal lining after exposure to the irritant capsaicin. The human reports above used injection or infusion, and the spray format has not yet been the subject of a published human study.
For TB-500, the thymosin beta-4 record includes a 73-patient Phase 2 trial of a topical form in venous leg ulcers, which found it well tolerated at every dose tested and reported signs of faster wound healing. Our article on TB-500 and thymosin beta-4 covers the wider repair research.
Spray, vial or blend: choosing a format
- BPC-157 alone, ready to use: the BPC-157 Nasal Spray.
- BPC-157 alone, as powder: the lyophilised BPC-157 vial, reconstituted with bacteriostatic water; the BPC-157 reconstitution guide walks through it, and our BPC-157 buying guide covers the vial in depth.
- Both peptides, ready to use: the BPC-157 + TB-500 Nasal Spray.
- Both peptides, as powder: the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend vial; blend or separate vials works through that choice.
- Repair plus skin peptides: BPC-157 and TB-500 also sit inside the GLOW and KLOW blends with GHK-Cu, both available ready-mixed as the GLOW Nasal Spray and KLOW Nasal Spray.

BPC-157 and TB-500 are supplied for laboratory research use only. For background reading, see BPC-157 research and the knee-pain data, BPC-157 and TB-500 for knee pain and our guide to buying TB-500 in Canada.
Frequently asked questions
How much BPC-157 is in each spray?
About 350 mcg. The bottle holds 10 mg of BPC-157 in 5 mL of sterile saline, which works out to about 28 sprays.
Does the BPC-157 nasal spray need mixing?
No. It arrives pre-reconstituted in a sealed metered atomiser, so no bacteriostatic water is needed. Only the lyophilised BPC-157 vial is reconstituted.
What is the difference between the BPC-157 spray and the BPC-157 + TB-500 spray?
The single spray holds 10 mg of BPC-157 in 5 mL. The blend holds 10 mg of BPC-157 and 10 mg of TB-500 in 10 mL, about 57 sprays at about 350 mcg each, or about 175 mcg of each peptide.
Is there a TB-500 nasal spray on its own?
Yes. The TB-500 Nasal Spray holds 10 mg of TB-500 in 5 mL of sterile saline, about 28 sprays at about 350 mcg per spray, and arrives pre-reconstituted like the BPC-157 spray.
Where can I buy BPC-157 nasal spray in Canada?
Vistara Labs supplies the BPC-157 Nasal Spray, the TB-500 Nasal Spray and the BPC-157 + TB-500 Nasal Spray, shipped from within Canada. Laboratory research use only.
