Description
CJC-1295 (No DAC), also known as Modified GRF (1-29), is a 29-amino-acid analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Four substitutions in the native sequence, at positions 2, 8, 15 and 27, protect it from the enzymes that clear natural GHRH within minutes, while the GHRH receptor on the pituitary stays its single target. Without the DAC extension it clears within the hour, so each dose produces one discrete growth hormone pulse instead of a sustained elevation: the pattern chosen when the aim is to study the pituitary's own rhythm rather than override it.
It is the CJC-1295 half of the classic CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin pairing, supplied here on its own so the GHRH-side and ghrelin-side components of a protocol can be set independently. Most published human work on CJC-1295 used the long-acting DAC form; the no-DAC form shares its receptor action with a far shorter half-life. Research areas: growth hormone pulsatility, body composition and lean mass, recovery, and GHRH receptor signalling.
Lyophilised 10 mg per vial. It is the same CJC-1295 that goes into our CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend, and that blend's certificate, which reports the CJC-1295 component separately at 99.64% purity, is on our Lab Reports page. Ships from within Canada.
In short: CJC-1295 (No DAC) is $48.00 CAD at Vistara Labs ($36.00 CAD with 25% off a first order), ships from within Canada by Canada Post Xpresspost and usually arrives in 1 to 3 business days, and its certificate of analysis from an independent laboratory is linked on this page. For laboratory research use only.

Common questions
How should peptides be stored?
As general laboratory practice: lyophilized (powder) peptides should be kept cool, dry, and away from direct light. Refrigeration is ideal. Once reconstituted, store the vial in the refrigerator and use it promptly; reconstituted material should not be frozen. Storage and handling after delivery follow your own laboratory’s protocols and are the researcher’s responsibility.
Are your products for human consumption?
No. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research, analytical, or educational purposes. Nothing sold here is for human or veterinary use. See our Research Use Policy for the full terms.
Where do your products ship from?
Everything ships from within Canada, so there is no customs step, and Canada Post delivers to every province.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada only.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Research materials cannot be restocked once they have shipped, because their storage and handling can no longer be verified. An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before it ships. Email us right away if you spot a mistake. Mistakes on our side are still made right: see our Refund and Returns Policy for exactly what is covered.
