Description
NAD+ is the coenzyme at the centre of cellular energy production, and its levels decline with age. Research areas: cellular energy, mitochondrial function, DNA repair, sirtuin activity, oxidative stress, mental clarity and healthy aging.
Also available as a pre-mixed nasal spray, no reconstitution needed: NAD+ Nasal Spray
In short: NAD+ is from $68.00 CAD at Vistara Labs ($51.00 CAD with 25% off a first order), ships from within Canada by Canada Post Xpresspost and usually arrives in 1 to 3 business days, and its certificate of analysis from an independent laboratory is linked on this page. For laboratory research use only.
Reconstitution
Reconstitution requires bacteriostatic water.
To determine reconstitution volumes and the resulting concentrations for laboratory use, refer to our peptide reconstitution calculator.

Common questions
How should peptides be stored?
As general laboratory practice: lyophilized (powder) peptides should be kept cool, dry, and away from direct light. Refrigeration is ideal. Once reconstituted, store the vial in the refrigerator and use it promptly; reconstituted material should not be frozen. Storage and handling after delivery follow your own laboratory’s protocols and are the researcher’s responsibility.
Are your products for human consumption?
No. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research, analytical, or educational purposes. Nothing sold here is for human or veterinary use. See our Research Use Policy for the full terms.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada only.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Research materials cannot be restocked once they have shipped, because their storage and handling can no longer be verified. An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before it ships. Email us right away if you spot a mistake. Mistakes on our side are still made right: see our Refund and Returns Policy for exactly what is covered.
Buy NAD+ in Canada: A Researcher's Guide
At a glance: Vistara Labs stocks NAD+ in 500 mg vials and as a ready-mixed nasal spray, independently tested, with a certificate of analysis on our Lab Reports page, shipped from within Canada by Canada Post Xpresspost, with same-business-day dispatch on orders before 3 PM PST, Monday to Friday. We deliver to every province, including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta.
Two formats: vial and nasal spray
Vistara Labs stocks NAD+ two ways. The NAD+ 500 mg vial (lyophilised) is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water for research handling. The pre-mixed NAD+ nasal spray ships ready to use in a metered atomiser. Both are third-party tested with the purity figure on the product page, and both are sold individually.
Handling and storage
At 500 mg, the NAD+ vial holds far more material than a typical peptide vial, so the concentration after reconstitution is much higher: 5 mL of bacteriostatic water gives 100 mg/mL, and 10 mL gives 50 mg/mL. The volume and syringe tables are in how much bacteriostatic water for a NAD+ 500 mg vial, and the peptide calculator covers other combinations. NAD+ in solution is less stable when it is kept warm, so keep the unopened vial cold and dark, and after reconstitution label it with the date and concentration and refrigerate it at 2 to 8 °C, protected from light. The spray ships ready to use; store it as its label directs.
What comes with each NAD+ order
- The right form. NAD+ is sometimes confused with its precursors (NR, NMN) or with NADH; both Vistara formats contain NAD+ itself.
- Format: a vial reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, or the ready-to-use spray.
- Research-use framing: sold for research only; see our legal overview.
Buying NAD+ in Canada
Both NAD+ formats ship from within Canada, so there is no customs step, and both are third-party tested. The vial suits work that needs a chosen concentration, and the spray suits intranasal work with no preparation step. Delivery is covered in ordering peptides in Canada, and our team answers questions through the contact page.
Where it fits
NAD+ sits within cellular-energy research alongside SS-31 and MOTS-c; the full set is on the Cellular Energy & Mitochondrial Research page. It is also one of the eight pre-mixed nasal sprays we carry.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I buy NAD+ in Canada?
From domestic research suppliers. Vistara Labs stocks NAD+ as a vial and as a pre-mixed nasal spray, both shipped from within Canada.
Is NAD+ a peptide?
No. NAD+ is a coenzyme, not a peptide, though it is commonly grouped with research peptides.
What concentration does a NAD+ 500 mg vial give?
It depends on the water added: 100 mg/mL with 5 mL of bacteriostatic water, or 50 mg/mL with 10 mL.
Is the NAD+ nasal spray pre-mixed?
Yes, it ships ready to use in a metered atomiser, supplied in saline.
Is NAD+ legal in Canada?
It is sold for laboratory research use only. It is not sold for human use, and nothing here is medical advice.
