Buy the Libido Trifecta Spray Stack in Canada
You can buy the Libido Trifecta Spray Stack in Canada from Vistara Labs: the 10mg Kisspeptin Nasal Spray, the 10mg PT-141 Nasal Spray and the 2mg or 10mg Oxytocin Nasal Spray, three ready-mixed bottles in one order. Each spray belongs to a different pathway in libido research. Kisspeptin sits at the top of the reproductive hormone axis, PT-141 works on melanocortin receptors in the brain, and oxytocin is the peptide most studied for social bonding. This guide covers what each bottle holds, a published finding for every compound, why researchers look at the three together and how the trifecta reaches you anywhere in Canada.
View product →At a glance: The trifecta is three ready-mixed metered sprays, so no bottle needs reconstituting. Certificates of analysis for kisspeptin, PT-141 and oxytocin are posted on our Lab Reports page. It ships by Canada Post Xpresspost from within Canada, leaving the same business day for orders placed before 3 pm Pacific, Monday to Friday. We deliver to every province, including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta.
Findings
- 10mg Kisspeptin Nasal Spray, 2017: in 29 healthy young men, kisspeptin enhanced limbic brain activity when they viewed sexual and couple-bonding images, and it attenuated negative mood (Journal of Clinical Investigation).
- 10mg PT-141 Nasal Spray, 2006: after one nasal administration, more of 18 premenopausal women reported moderate or high sexual desire than after placebo (Journal of Sexual Medicine).
- 2mg or 10mg Oxytocin Nasal Spray, 2005: one intranasal dose produced a substantial increase in trust between people, an effect not explained by general risk-taking (Nature).
What comes in the trifecta?
| Spray | In the bottle | Sprays |
|---|---|---|
| 10mg Kisspeptin Nasal Spray | 10 mg in 5 mL | About 28, 350 mcg each |
| 10mg PT-141 Nasal Spray | 10 mg in 5 mL | About 28, 350 mcg each |
| 2mg Oxytocin Nasal Spray | 2 mg in 5 mL | About 29, about 70 mcg each |
| 10mg Oxytocin Nasal Spray | 10 mg in 10 mL | About 57, about 175 mcg each |
The only choice at checkout is the oxytocin bottle: the stack carries either the 2mg or the 10mg Oxytocin Nasal Spray beside the kisspeptin and PT-141 sprays. These are label figures for each bottle and its pump, and our chart of sprays per bottle lists the same numbers for the whole range.
Why are kisspeptin, PT-141 and oxytocin studied together?
The three compounds act at different points, which is why a single set can cover the hormonal, central and social sides of libido research.
- The hormone axis. Kisspeptin is encoded by the KISS1 gene and works upstream: through GnRH it prompts the pituitary to release LH and FSH, which drive sex hormone production. A 90-minute infusion raised LH, FSH and testosterone in six men in 2005, and placebo-controlled trials in 2022 and 2023 found it modulated sexual brain processing in women and men with hypoactive sexual desire disorder.
- Melanocortin signalling. PT-141, also called bremelanotide, is a cyclic seven-amino-acid peptide built on the core of alpha-MSH. It is an agonist at the MC3 and MC4 receptors and acts in the brain rather than on blood flow, a line of work that grew out of melanotan II research.
- Bonding. Oxytocin is a nine-amino-acid peptide made mainly in the hypothalamus. In a 2013 study of 15 adults, a nasal dose raised it in both blood and cerebrospinal fluid, with spinal fluid levels rising within 75 minutes.
The PT-141 and oxytocin work largely used the nasal route, while the kisspeptin trials gave it by infusion or injection. Our overview of peptides in libido research places all three in the wider field.
Trifecta or single sprays?
Every bottle in the trifecta is also sold on its own, and each has its own buying guide:
- Kisspeptin. The Kisspeptin Nasal Spray holds 10 mg; the kisspeptin buying guide also covers the 10 mg vial.
- PT-141. The PT-141 Nasal Spray comes in 10 mg or 20 mg, compared in our PT-141 nasal spray guide.
- Oxytocin. The Oxytocin Nasal Spray is stocked in 2 mg, 4 mg and 10 mg bottles, set out in the oxytocin nasal spray guide.
- Two sprays instead of three. The Libido Spray Stack keeps the PT-141 and oxytocin bottles and leaves out kisspeptin.
