Buy NAD+ Nasal Spray in Canada
The NAD+ Nasal Spray comes ready-mixed in sterile saline in two sizes, 250 mg (about 28 sprays) and 500 mg (about 57 sprays), both at 8.75 mg per spray. NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme rather than a peptide, and it sits beside our peptide sprays because the same research areas use both. This guide covers the bottle, the human research on raising NAD+, and how to buy NAD+ nasal spray Canada-wide.
View product →At a glance: Vistara Labs stocks NAD+ as a ready-mixed nasal spray (250 mg or 500 mg, 8.75 mg per spray) and as a 500 mg vial, independently tested at 99.8% purity, with a certificate of analysis on our Lab Reports page, shipped from within Canada by Canada Post Xpresspost, with same-business-day dispatch on orders before 3 pm Pacific, Monday to Friday. We deliver to every province, including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta.
Findings
- 250 mg or 500 mg per bottle, about 28 or 57 sprays at 8.75 mg per spray.
- NAD+ is a coenzyme built from two nucleotides, with no amino acids in it.
- In a 2024 randomised trial, an oral NAD+ precursor improved six-minute walking distance against placebo.
- Part of the Cognitive Clarity Spray Stack, with the Semax and Selank sprays.
What is NAD+, if it is not a peptide?
Peptides are chains of amino acids. NAD+ is a different class of molecule: two nucleotides joined through their phosphate groups. Its job is electron transfer. NAD+ accepts electrons and becomes NADH, NADH gives them up and becomes NAD+ again, and that cycle runs through energy metabolism in every cell. It is also the substrate that sirtuin and PARP enzymes draw on in DNA repair and stress signalling.
Because it is a small molecule, its certificate of analysis reports chemical purity rather than a peptide sequence. Our explainer NAD+ is not a peptide covers the distinction.
Why a nasal spray of NAD+?
NAD+ is a large, fragile molecule that is broken down extensively in the digestive tract, which is one reason research has looked at other routes, from intravenous infusion to oral precursors that the body converts into NAD+. The spray offers a ready-mixed, metered format in sterile saline, with nothing to reconstitute.
What has research on NAD+ found?
- Walking distance, 2024. In a randomised, double-blind trial of 90 people with peripheral artery disease, six months of nicotinamide riboside, an oral precursor that raises NAD+, improved six-minute walking distance compared with placebo. Among participants who took at least 75% of their study pills, the gain was 31.0 metres.
- Raising NAD+ levels, 2026. A PRISMA-guided systematic review of 113 studies, including 33 human intervention studies (28 of them randomised), found that the oral precursors nicotinamide riboside and nicotinamide mononucleotide consistently raised NAD-related metabolites in blood and cells and were generally well tolerated over weeks to months.
- Direct infusion, 2019. A pilot study gave the first human data on infused NAD+: during a 6-hour infusion, NAD+ was rapidly and completely cleared from plasma for at least the first 2 hours, and NAD+ itself was among the products found in urine.
These studies used oral precursors and infusion; the nasal route has not yet been the subject of a published human trial. More is in NAD+ restoration: what the research shows.

Spray, vial or stack?
- Ready-mixed: the NAD+ Nasal Spray, 250 mg or 500 mg.
- As powder: the NAD+ 500 mg vial; the NAD+ reconstitution guide covers mixing it, and our NAD+ buying guide covers the vial in depth.
- Three sprays together: the Cognitive Clarity Spray Stack bundles the NAD+ spray with the Semax and Selank sprays.
- A related mitochondrial peptide: MOTS-c is studied in the same energy-metabolism research.
Ordering NAD+ spray in Canada
Orders ship from within Canada by Canada Post Xpresspost, the same business day when placed before 3 pm Pacific, Monday to Friday, with no customs step. NAD+ is more sensitive to moisture and warmth than most peptides, so the spray is kept refrigerated.
The NAD+ Nasal Spray is supplied for laboratory research use only. Every spray we carry is listed in our guide to peptide nasal sprays in Canada.
Frequently asked questions
Is NAD+ a peptide?
No. NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme made of two nucleotides, with no amino acids. It is sold beside peptides because the same energy-metabolism research uses both.
How much NAD+ is in each spray?
About 8.75 mg in both sizes. The 250 mg bottle holds 250 mg in 5 mL, about 28 metered sprays, and the 500 mg bottle holds 500 mg in 10 mL, about 57.
What has research on raising NAD+ shown?
In a 2024 randomised trial of 90 people with peripheral artery disease, the oral NAD+ precursor nicotinamide riboside improved six-minute walking distance against placebo, by 31.0 metres among participants who took at least 75% of their study pills.
Which spray stack includes the NAD+ spray?
The Cognitive Clarity Spray Stack, which bundles the NAD+ Nasal Spray with the Semax and Selank Nasal Sprays.
Does the NAD+ nasal spray need reconstitution?
No. It arrives ready-mixed in sterile saline in a sealed metered atomiser, so no bacteriostatic water is needed.
