Peptide Spray Stacks vs Single Sprays: When Researchers Choose Each

Findings
- In 52 healthy participants, Selank and Semax showed both general and specific effects on amygdala connectivity, the case for studying the two side by side (Panikratova, Dokl Biol Sci, 2020).
- In a 16-patient knee-pain review, BPC-157 alone or combined with thymosin beta-4 brought relief to 14 patients (87.5%) (Lee, Altern Ther Health Med, 2021).
- Intranasal kisspeptin rapidly raised luteinising hormone in healthy men and women, with no side effects or adverse events encountered (Mills, EBioMedicine, 2025).
- In 18 chronic insomniacs, a week of DSIP was followed by normal sleep patterns across the whole group by the end of the study (Schneider-Helmert, Eur Neurol, 1986).

When does a spray stack make sense?
A stack fits when the research question spans more than one pathway. Each of ours pairs compounds that act on different arms of the same system: a melanocortin agonist with a bonding hormone, a sleep peptide with a calming one, a repair blend with an inflammation fragment, or two cognitive peptides with a cellular-energy coenzyme. Studying them together answers a different question from studying either alone, which is the logic behind comparisons such as the Selank and Semax connectivity study (Panikratova, 2020).
A stack also keeps the components in step. In the Sleep & Calm Spray Stack, and in the libido and cognitive stacks with the 2 mg oxytocin or 250 mg NAD+ option, every bottle holds about 28 or 29 sprays, so the arms of a design run out together. When are single sprays the better choice?
- One compound, one variable. A design that isolates PT-141, Kisspeptin or KPV is cleaner with that spray alone.
- A different size. Single sprays include sizes the stacks do not: the 20 mg PT-141, 20 mg Selank and 20 mg KPV sprays (about 57 sprays each) and the 4 mg oxytocin spray.
- A combination we do not bundle. Singles can be paired freely, for example Kisspeptin with oxytocin, or the GLOW and KLOW skin blends with anything else in the range.
- A compound outside the stacks. The GHK-Cu, Melanotan II and CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin sprays are sold as singles only; see skin peptide nasal sprays.
- A restock. When one arm of a stack runs out first, its single spray replaces it on its own.

How do the size options change a stack?
Three stacks let you pick one component size. In the Libido Spray Stack and the Libido Trifecta Spray Stack, the 2 mg oxytocin spray holds about 29 sprays at about 70 mcg, and the 10 mg oxytocin spray holds about 57 sprays at about 175 mcg. In the Cognitive Clarity Spray Stack, the 250 mg and 500 mg NAD+ sprays both deliver 8.75 mg per spray, so the choice there is only about length of study: about 28 sprays or about 57. The other components in each stack stay fixed.
Is a stack different from a blend?
Yes. A blend puts two or more peptides in one bottle at a fixed ratio, like the BPC-157 + TB-500, Selank + Semax, GLOW and KLOW sprays. A stack keeps each compound in its own bottle, so each arm can be logged on its own.
