What is BPC-157 nasal spray studied for?
BPC-157 is one of the most widely studied repair peptides. Its research centres on muscle, tendon and ligament healing, joint and connective tissue recovery, the gut lining, blood flow to injured tissue and inflammatory signalling. What is TB-500 nasal spray studied for?
TB-500 is a research form of thymosin beta-4, a peptide central to how cells move into damaged tissue and repair it. Research centres on wound healing, new blood-vessel growth, muscle, tendon and ligament recovery, and calming inflammation around injured tissue. In animal models it accelerated healing of full-thickness skin wounds, including in diabetic, steroid-treated and aged models (Treadwell, 2012). Its human literature reaches the eye as well as the skin: in a phase 2 trial in severe dry eye, thymosin beta-4 eye drops cut ocular discomfort by 35.1% and corneal staining by 59.1% compared with vehicle (Sosne, Cornea, 2015).

KPV is the three-amino-acid fragment of alpha-MSH (lysine, proline, valine), studied for calming inflammation. Research centres on airway and mucosal inflammation, gut and skin inflammation, and immune balance. The 2008 work showed that KPV enters cells through the PepT1 transporter in immune and intestinal epithelial cells, and that oral KPV reduced colitis in two animal models (Dalmasso, 2008).
